2018
Founded in Tripoli
Smartouch Information Technology established in Tripoli, Libya. First service contracts signed with local enterprises for web development and network installations.
2019
First Banking Client
Secured first major banking sector contract, delivering IT infrastructure for a Tripoli-based financial institution. Team grew to 8 engineers.
2020
Raqeem v1 Launched
First version of Raqeem — our currency exchange platform — goes live at Al Waha Bank. Marked our transition from service-only to product-led company.
2021
Cenatra ERP Developed
Cenatra ERP platform developed with initial modules: Doxera (document archive) and Trackem (shipment tracking). First enterprise deployment at BSIC.
2022
Security Division Launched
Launched dedicated security systems division — CCTV, access control, and fire detection. Became certified Hikvision reseller and integrator.
2023
30+ Projects Milestone
Crossed 30 delivered projects. Added Pryvia and Orvix to the Cenatra suite. Established formal training programme for Cisco and Microsoft certifications.
2025
Expanding Horizons
Now serving 8+ enterprise clients across banking, insurance, oil & gas, media, and education. Continuing to build the most trusted technology company in Libya.
